Angels and shepherds are also present: after receiving the announcement of the birth, they came to the cave where the Holy Family stayed. The three Magi, arriving from the East and following the comet, bring precious gifts worthy of a king.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAccording to one tradition, the Magi were Armenian — their names, Melkon, Gaspar, and Baghdasar, appear to be of Armenian origin.
