Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping to Italy

We ship within Italy using Poste Italiane services:

• Standard (non-tracked)
• Raccomandata (tracked)
• Poste Delivery Standard (tracked)
• Poste Delivery Express (tracked)

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping to the European Union

We ship to all EU countries using Poste Italiane international services:

• Poste Delivery International Standard (tracked)
• Poste Delivery International Express (tracked)
• Postapriority Internazionale (tracked)

Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Tracking

For tracked shipments, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Khizan Armenian Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tereza.khizan@gmail.com

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue in cooperation with the postal service.
