All products sold by Khizan Armenian Heritage are handcrafted artworks, including terracotta bas-reliefs, painted miniatures, and decorative crosses. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via the available payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout).

4. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Khizan Armenian Heritage and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Khizan Armenian Heritage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

7. Safety Warning

Our products are handcrafted decorative items intended for adults. They are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of young children.
